ourdoor.pictures newsletter #1 - March 2018
Welcome to our first newsletter!
This photo is a HDR composition of three exposures, colour saturation had been risen a little bit. The composition is clear, the sun was placed following the rule of thirds and the position of the camera (and tripod) was chosen to place the sun between the two branches, too.
For portraits of small animals like birds, ducks or in this case a great crested grebe, the material that you use is important. Without a tele lens and probably a converter, too, it will be hard to shoot a decent portrait of smaller animals. This photo was taken with a 300mm and a 1.5x converter on an APS-C camera.
